Shipping policy

Physical goods are delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries must be requested.

Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Delivery time via Swiss Post (Economy shipping) is usually 2–3 working days, depending on Swiss Post's delivery times, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

If not all of the products ordered are in stock, ImmuFlow GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries. If the delivery is made in partial shipments, the customer only pays the flat-rate shipping costs once.

If delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite two delivery attempts, ImmuFlow GmbH may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded minus the costs incurred.

If the goods cannot be delivered due to force majeure or product discontinuation, or if ImmuFlow GmbH is unable to procure the ordered products under reasonable conditions, and if these circumstances only arise after the conclusion of the contract and are not the responsibility of ImmuFlow GmbH, ImmuFlow GmbH shall be released from its delivery obligation. If events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult or impossible for ImmuFlow GmbH – for example, strikes, lockouts, official orders or similar – ImmuFlow GmbH shall not be responsible for delays, even in the case of bindingly agreed deadlines and dates.
