After 13 years in the international pharmaceutical industry and further specialisations in micronutrients, gut health and epigenetics, I now support people in restoring greater energy and balance through test-based analyses and practical, everyday epigenetic approaches.

Gut health is one of my key areas of focus, as a significant part of our immune system is closely connected to the gut, and gut health can play an important role in our overall well-being.

That’s why I recommend PrebioNext. Its combination of prebiotic fibres and postbiotic fermentation compounds provides valuable support for a balanced diet and gut health.

«Behind Reset By EK, there’s no lucky break. There’s alignment, shared values, and a fire that hasn’t dimmed through a single setback.

We built this through failure and growth, injury and reconstruction, countless lessons and a trust that only deepens over time. Every challenge tested our limits. None of them tested our purpose.

Reset By EK was built by two athletes who understand from the inside, what it costs to perform at the highest level. And what it takes to rebuild completely when that performance demands more than a body can sustain.

We built the system we each needed. Because the right one didn’t exist.»
